About the role

Responsibilities

Responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.

 

  • Translate operational requirements into technical specifications.
  • Validate, document, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Support documentation review and coordination.
  • Support programmatic workflow development.
  • Support Milestone readiness and program portfolio planning.
  • Support procurement efforts and processing of BCRs.
  • Requirements tracking.
  • Other ad-hoc tasking as required.

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI with Poly level clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a technical field.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the client.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing technical requirements and conducting technical reviews of documentation.
  • Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office product

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
