Position Summary:
CVS Health is recruiting for an Executive Director of Collaboration Technology, Executive Support and Audio Visual. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to senior executives, board members, and other high-profile stakeholders at CVS Health. This role involves managing and coordinating audio visual meetings, including board meetings, Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings, and shareholder meetings. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the implementation and management of M365 collaboration products and services. This role will be responsible for supporting all CVS Health corporate colleagues and their Digital Collaboration experience with M365 collaboration products and services. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of these events, providing top-notch service and technical expertise to facilitate effective communication and presentations. This position requires extensive travel, often multiple weeks per month, to support executives at various locations.
You will make an impact by:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to senior executives and board members, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.
- Audio Visual Management: Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio visual equipment for executive meetings and events. Ensure the highest quality of audio and visual presentations. This also includes Qumu streaming vendor relationship, operations and engineering.
- Technology Expertise: Utilize and manage audio visual technologies such as Webex, Zoom, Cisco, Teams, and Crestron to facilitate virtual and in-person meetings.
- Collaboration Management: Oversee the implementation and management of the M365 Office 365 portfolio of products and services, including CoPilot. Ensure seamless collaboration and communication across the organization using tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Slack. Provide training and support to executives and staff to maximize the use of these tools. Additionally, manage the Power Platform and the Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Mobile Engineering: Manage the development and maintenance of mobile applications and services that support executive needs. Ensure that mobile solutions are secure, reliable, and user-friendly. Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement best practices for mobile device management.
- Travel: Be willing and able to travel extensively, often multiple weeks per month, to support executives at various locations.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute executive meetings, board meetings, and other high-profile events, ensuring all technical and logistical aspects are flawlessly managed. This includes onsite and offsite meetings.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of AV technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to procure and maintain audio visual equipment and services.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and best practices, and implement improvements to enhance the executive support experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive support and audio visual management, preferably in a large corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in M365, Slack, Webex, Zoom, Cisco, Qumu, Teams, and Crestron technologies (and more).
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively, often multiple weeks per month.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of support staff.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
