Service Department Technician - Owings Mills

WPM Real Estate Management, one of Baltimore’s largest Property Management Companies is seeking qualified candidates who has experience as a property maintenance technician with framing and carpentry skills, drywall, and operating snowplows. • Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work on ladders or lifts to a height up to 85’
• Demonstrated plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills required
• Must be available to be in rotation for on-call emergencies during evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and transportation required
• Must have standard tool supply
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in residential maintenance/rehabilitation preferred
