The IT Business Performance/Process Improvement Lead will work directly with IT leaders and peer teams and will be charged with leading the effort to negotiate, design and deploy (via automated interactive data visualization) metrics and reporting mediums to a variety of executive audiences

The IT Business Performance/Process Improvement Lead will interact with IT VPs, department leaders, team peers, and a lengthy list of IT teams with intent to stream-line data acquisition and design high-value interactive Executive feedback tools.

This position requires a proven analytics thought leader and data acquisition/visualization expertise who can also create a vision and roadmap for further expanding the capabilities of a high-performing team.

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of technical experience in PowerBI/Power Apps
• 2 or more years of project leadership experience
• Experience analyzing and presenting complex data
• Experience building Leadership Level reporting using PowerBI
• Experience with communicating with executive leadership to report metrics and results
• Experience with resource management and managing direct reports (matrixed or direct reports)
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Work-At-Home Requirements

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
