We’re gearing up for an epic summer of indoor + outdoor events and we’re on the look out for casual and part-time crew to help make it all happen. From gigs and club nights to festivals and Splash Sundays, the packed season ahead requires a reliable and energetic crew up for working in a fun but fast-paced environment with new faces every day.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Waterslash, as a Food and Beverage Attendant,  No prior experience is needed—we’ll provide all the training and support you need.

The Watersplash is a one-of-a-kind beachside bar, diner, and nightclub that has something for everyone. Situated in the heart of St Ouen's Bay, the 'Splash’, as locals affectionately call it, is the island's spiritual hub for surfing, music, and sunsets. The Watersplash hosts a variety of indoor and outdoor events, from birthday parties and live music on the terrace to 750-person sell-out club nights featuring top international bands and DJs. Proud of our prime beachside location, we are an accredited plastic-free business and a member of the Jersey Eco Active business scheme. Established in 1954, we have been a beloved destination for decades.

What exactly you will be doing

• Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, including clearing tables 
• Prepare and serve drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure the bar area is clean and well-stocked at all times
• Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, creating a positive and memorable experience
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking the bar area
• Work closely with other staff members to maintain a seamless and efficient operation
• Provide excellent customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs of our customers
• Follow health and safety regulations.
