Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reads and understands all protocols in order to perform QA audits.
- Ensures case report forms are properly filled out, complete, and correct.
- Assists in education and training of new staff involved in audits.
- Provides input for research designs and protocols.
- Provides input on case report forms and tracking logs for studies.
- Develops and implements a monthly research activity calendar to establish a system to ensure timely scheduling of audits.
- Works with the research team (nurse coordinator, investigators, clinical research staff) to ensure that tests/procedures are performed per protocols.
- Supervises QA audit team team (hiring, terminating and scheduling assignments).
