Position Summary

Works with research team to evaluate the implementation of tests/procedures needed to perform research protocols. Reviews data collection and management. Supervises QA audit team.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reads and understands all protocols in order to perform QA audits.
  • Ensures case report forms are properly filled out, complete, and correct.
  • Assists in education and training of new staff involved in audits.
  • Provides input for research designs and protocols.
  • Provides input on case report forms and tracking logs for studies.
  • Develops and implements a monthly research activity calendar to establish a system to ensure timely scheduling of audits.
  • Works with the research team (nurse coordinator, investigators, clinical research staff) to ensure that tests/procedures are performed per protocols.
  • Supervises QA audit team team (hiring, terminating and scheduling assignments).

$62,000.00 - $96,100.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
