Guest Service Agent: The Architect of Exceptional Workplace Experiences

Your Day-to-Day

• Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism, making positive first impressions
• Manage visitor check-ins, coordinate meeting room bookings, and handle mail services
• Provide concierge-level support, including local recommendations and wayfinding
• Anticipate client needs and resolve issues before they arise
• Support workplace events and create personalized experiences that enhance workplace culture
• Build meaningful relationships with regular clients and visitors
• Maintain a pristine reception area that reflects our client's brand standards

Who we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality or commercial real estate
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Natural warmth and ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Strong multitasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency with workplace technology and visitor management systems
• Genuine passion for creating exceptional human connections

Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

22.00 – 23.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
