We are seeking a Seasonal Corporate Deliverables Operations Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will assist in coordinating various corporate deliverables and ensuring that tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of critical projects and support our mission to enhance the employee experience. The hourly rate for this position is $15/hour. This is a seasonal role with an anticipated end date mid-January 2025. 

What you will do:

• Corporate Deliverables Tasks: Take ownership of executing various corporate deliverable tasks such as receiving, order processing, and documentation. Ensure that all deliverables are accurately prepared and delivered within the specified timelines.
• Project Support: Provide support to various projects within the Operations department. Assist in project execution and monitoring.
• Documentation and Record keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of corporate deliverables tasks using the existing tools.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure items are completed accurately and timely.
