Role Summary
The Systems Manager manages the processes and team members for technology infrastructure. This position will be responsible for managing the current utilization of core computer systems and technology, administering centralized servers, and recommending hardware and technology solutions. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.

Key Role Responsibilities - Core
SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT FAMILY - CORE
- Manages infrastructure projects full cycle, from initiation to implementation.
- Acts as lead designer for enterprise infrastructure solutions.
- Develops, manages, and maintains the business continuity and disaster recovery programs.
- Provides oversight of management and operations of infrastructure systems.
- Provides escalation oversight for infrastructure systems.
- Acts as highest escalation level and subject matter expert for complicated systems and technical issues, and provides solutions.
- Leads and manages technical resources for design and implementation projects.
- Researches and develops operating procedures for systems and solutions.
- Reports on trends and emerging technology solutions, relevant to business growth.
- Develops budget forecasting of annual initiatives.

- Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner
- Communication skills, verbal and written - Intermediate
- Proficiency in MS Office - Intermediate

- Thorough knowledge of networking and telecommunications
- Ability to manage a project from start to finish, including project productivity, supplier/vendor management, and invoice approval
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to build relationships with team members that transcend a project
- Ability to deliver quality through attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (Required)
- In lieu of the above requirements, relevant experience will be considered
Experience
- 10+ Years internal systems management experience (Required)
- 2+ Years people management or technical lead experience (Required)
Working Environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- May require periods of overnight travel
- Normal office environment
