Description:
The Director works closely with the Business Development, Recruiting, and Practice Leaders to screen and rank quality candidates for open EHR positions, with a focus on Epic’s clinical application suite. The position collaborates with business stakeholders, business leaders and subject matter experts to fill positions effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively identifies, assesses, and recruits qualified talent to fulfill job orders with a focus on Epic’s clinical application suite
- Updates, reviews, and actively utilizes a candidate skills matrix in recruitment activities
- Performs weekly interviews in line with performance objectives
- Generates leads via professional relationships, candidate interviews, and other interactions that support business development/sales efforts
- Utilizes Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activities
- Collaborates with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate
- Stays informed about healthcare industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
