A Brief Overview:

At Argo Group, our team members are critical to our long-term success – so wherever in the world they work, everyone works together. Our Office Services team is seeking an energetic and organized Office Services Supervisor to lead the team. By managing and coordinating the work of the local Office Services and Mailroom team, this role is responsible for making sure the office runs efficiently and helps to foster a positive and comfortable work environment for all employees. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills, as well as a passion for engagement and culture building. This is a full-time, in-office position with regular 8am to 5pm hours (local time) scheduled Monday through Friday. The Office Services Supervisor will report to the Group Director of Property Services.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Manage the office services and mailroom staff to reach goals and execute on their objectives as individuals and a team.
  • Develop advanced knowledge for all supervised processes (e.g., mailroom, receptions) to efficiently cross-train team members and ensure coverage and timely deliverables.
  • Manage team deliverables through clear and concise direction.
  • Manage team performance through a service ticketing platform, ensure team member efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform weekly one-on-one meetings to guide, support, and track individual and overall team performance and morale.
  • Perform and delegate daily office procedures including, but not limited to: conference room and workstation resetting, as well as break room and common area setup, stocking, and periodic clean-up.
  • Coordinate of building services (e.g., janitorial, maintenance, security, and parking management).
  • Manage the supply inventory and storage space management
  • Manage office vendor relationships and deliverables.
  • Plan, execute, and survey regular in-office and off-site engagement events.
  • Support and coordinate various in-office and off-site needs for visiting groups.
  • Provide both internal and external communication, ensuring a professional representation of the company.
  • Manage the departmental accounts payable process ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Collect/track team function metrics and reports findings to the Group Director, Property Services.
  • Track and graph office portfolio attendance and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Track and graph mailroom key performance metrics.
  • Manage FedEx and Staples deliverables and expenditures company-wide.
