Senior IT Specialist (ServiceNow)

TechOp Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Specialist.  The role requires advanced knowledge of IT service management platforms and practices, experience in technology integrations, and the ability to drive modernization efforts. You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative IT strategies, improve service delivery, and ensure the success of our client’s projects.

Duties: 

·       IT Systems Management

·       IT Strategy and Innovation

·       Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow platforms

·       Manage ServiceNow implementations

·       Technical Support and Troubleshooting

·       Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Support

·       Technical Oversight & Implementation

·       Documentation & Compliance

·       Other duties, as assigned

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and implementation.
• Must have a ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow Architect, ServiceNow Administrator and Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist
