PRIMARY PURPOSE:

As a Lifeguard, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests, especially in our pool area. With your welcoming smile and attentive service, you not only set the stage for their experience but also prioritize their safety above all else. By understanding their individual stories and requirements, you take ownership of their time here, crafting unforgettable moments and memories that extend far beyond their visit.

STARTING RATE: $15

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure guest safety by diligently monitoring water and deck areas, and promptly responding to any emergency situations.

• Strictly adhere to company policies and legal requirements concerning the safety, health, and well-being of guests, employees, and the property.

• Promptly report all guest and employee incidents/accidents to a supervisor and complete necessary documentation.

• Guide guests to important locations within the property, including emergency exits and procedures.

• Proactively engage with guests, aiding with poolside needs such as seating, towels, operational hours, ADA requirements, amenities, directions, and other inquiries.

• Address and resolve guest need promptly and effectively, demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties.

• Take responsibility for daily pool setup and breakdown, including cleaning, organizing, distributing linens, and maintaining a vigilant environment to enhance the guest experience and ensure their safety.

• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

PREFERRED:

• Lifeguard experience.

• Resort experience.
