Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on inbound air and sea shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, logistics, sourcing, and warehouse teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely clearance and receipt of raw materials.
• Identify and resolve shipment, documentation, and receiving issues before materials arrive at the warehouse.
• Support initiatives to reduce vehicle waiting time and demurrage costs.
• Track shipment status and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Assist in planning warehouse receiving schedules to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Quality Inspection (QI), Planning, Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Analyze delays and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and performance dashboards related to warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Good understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
