Capco is going through a significant growth journey, now is a very good time to join us as we expand our consulting team in Italy.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Role Description:</strong></span></p> <p>As a Business Analyst at Capco, you will work with leading banking clients on Core Banking transformation and evolution initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors within complex project environments.</p> <p>You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements, producing structured functional documentation, supporting IT solution design, and contributing to system implementation, migration, and enhancement initiatives across Core Banking platforms.</p> <p>As part of the consulting team, the Business Analyst will:</p> <ul> <li>Gather and analyze business and functional requirements related to Core Banking systems and general banking processes.</li> <li>Produce structured functional documentation (BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories).</li> <li>Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT teams.</li> <li>Support the definition and assessment of IT solutions within Core Banking initiatives.</li> <li>Interface with Business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and delivery.</li> <li>Perform functional impact analysis and manage change requests.</li> <li>Support testing phases (SIT, UAT), including preparation of test cases and validation activities.</li> <li>Participate in
