Role Description:

  • Support the Change Management team in planning and implementing organizational change initiatives, including but not limited to, the implementation of Workday
  • Partner with team members to assess the impact of change initiatives on stakeholder groups; support execution of change management strategies
  • Help organize and maintain schedules and timelines, status reports, and other change artifacts to successfully drive project completion
  • Attend/co-facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate updates on key milestones
  • Interact with subject matter experts to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
  • Assist in planning/coordination of change readiness activities including impact analysis, change readiness, and adoption measurement
  • Support development of communications to maximize user adoption and minimize overall risk such that business results are achieved
  • Support training and development activities including needs analysis, training approach and schedule, logistical requirements, content development, delivery, and evaluation

Goals and Objectives:

Apart from learning about her role in HR and how the Talent Development team works, the internship program in itself is geared towards learning. Some of those goals and objectives are below-

  • Demystify the insurance industry: Provide an understanding of how an insurance and brokerage industry operates and the services we provide
  • Empower career ownership: Build career management skills through brand-building, job search prep, and networking
  • Strengthen financial fluency: Ground interns in personal finance, budgeting, and investment fundamentals
  • Facilitate leadership access: Offer exposure to senior leaders, including the CEO and other department leaders
  • Drive project-based learning: Encourage strategic thinking through a capstone presentation with real-world application

Tasks and Activities:

  • Schedule meetings with stakeholders, as required
  • Organize project-related, artifacts in team Sharepoint site
  • Review project timelines and schedules and make edits accordingly
  • Review training assets and communications for quality assurance
  • Attend and participate in project team meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Leverage technology, such as Teams Co-pilot, to drive efficiency
  • Collaborate to identify creative solutions in support of change strategies
  • Participate in all internship activities and sessions

What We Offer:

The hourlyrange for this position is $18 – $25. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
