Production Assistant

Summary

This position is responsible for various administrative clerical functions within the assigned program. Position can work remotely after in-person training is completed in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities:

• Makes pre and post installation customer calls as directed
• Sending out job details to our Service Providers via email
• Collecting pre-installation documentation from clients via email and DocuSign
• Fields and directs customer questions and concerns to Project Coordinator and Operations Managers
• Performs other miscellaneous job duties as directed by Operations Manager or Project Coordinator

 Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with ability to handle diverse duties
• Problem resolution skills
• Experience with Microsoft applications
