Case Picker, Senior

In this role, you’ll operate pallet jack equipment to efficiently assemble customer orders while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. As a key contributor, you’ll ensure accurate and timely product delivery while collaborating with your team to meet operational goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-use inspections on pallet jack equipment to ensure safety and performance.
• Accurately mark materials with identifying information for inventory tracking.
• Open boxes and containers as needed to prepare items for picking.
• Pick products, ensuring the correct selection of lot numbers and quantities.
• Step in to support the Case Picker team during high-demand periods to maintain productivity.
• Record material quantities using site-specific equipment to update inventory systems.
• Organize stock parts in specified order for assembly or shipment.
• Promptly communicate any product damage to inventory or supervisors for resolution.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate additional machinery and material handling equipment as required.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in case picking with proven accuracy and efficiency.
• Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Communication: Proficiency in English or the country’s official language; ability to issue clear voice commands when required.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs. (weight requirements may vary by facility). Comfortable working in diverse temperatures—ranging from -20°F/-25°C in cold storage to 100°F/37°C in dry storage—while wearing company-provided protective gear.
• Flexibility: Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends, to meet operational needs.
• Environment: Adaptability to different noise levels, which can range from moderate to loud.

Pay Range:$18.92 - $31.94
