We’ll ask you about your preferred area for your graduate program during the course of your application - and also take our recommendation into account. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Realise your talent!</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>FP&amp;A DATA &amp; PROCESS GOVERNANCE</strong></p><p>In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to deep dive into the planning processes at Red Bull. Being part of the global planning team, you’ll ensure stable operations, data quality, and change management capabilities of the planning processes and involved systems. You’ll have the chance to train, support, and guide global finance colleagues in all aspects of the financial planning process. An essential part of the role is to contribute towards realizing continuous process-related improvements as well as to communicate those deliverables for the global finance community.</p><p><strong>ADVANCED ANALYTICS</strong></p><p>Our Global Data &amp; Analytics initiative supports business growth and value generation through data. We always strive to understand the business better, discover the right data to support decisions and deliver it in an impactful manner. We do it across all departments and geographies, with high-quality standards and by using advanced analytics tools. Excited?</p><p><strong>SUSTAINABILITY DATA</strong></p><p>With your fresh university expertise in the area of Sustainability, combined with a data-driven and system-oriented mindset, you’ll be an important additional team member to the experienced data team. You’ll lead and be part of cross-functional Sustainability data integration work packages and contribute to establish a robust and compliant Sustainability reporting within Red Bull.</p><p><strong>PROGRAM &amp; PROJECT MANAGEMENT</strong></p><p>In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, the need for fresh perspectives and innovative thinking is paramount. As a Program &amp; Project Management Graduate, you’ll be empowered to apply your skills effectively, collaborate in cross functional teams and contribute to overall projects success. You’ll have the opportunity for professional growth and development within a collaborative and inclusive work environment.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2024.</p><p>You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.</p><p>You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.</p><p>Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Programme in Austria.
