Job Description

• Capture the details in the system, follow instructions as mentioned in process manual, deliver goals target as per KPI;
• Capture the details of the Airway Bill in the Client system;
• Capture the details of the Bill of Lading in the system;
• Understand the various documents received from Client and accordingly update the system;
• Insert various rate sheets in the system/template after making changes as per the instructions;
• Capture the details of the various documents related with Ocean Transportation;
• Insert the logs received from Client in the Client Application

   

Qualifications

• Customer interaction experience;
• Ability of self-learning on live job;
• Average to good Bulgarian & English communication;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Hands on experience of using desktop or Laptop with headset;
• Comfort in Learning and Using Digital Tools;
• Knowledge of using Virtual meeting application e.g.; Skype, Zoom or WebEx;
• Shipping Experience knowledge preferred;
