Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Cardiovascular Services Registrar to join our team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Responsible for collecting, validating, and submitting reliable clinical data to the national cardiovascular registries. This role will also analyze the data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement, collaborate with clinical departments/units on performance improvement initiatives, and participate in quality committees/meetings. Should have previous work experience in a health care setting and be able to convey complex medical or technical terminology to healthcare professionals.
Will need to attend in person meetings as directed, for team functions and quality improvement projects, with an approximate frequency of 1-2 times per month. Quality and efficiency metrics must be consistently met to maintain remote work privileges.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree RN or Radiology/Surgery Technologist required.
- 5+ years of Technologist experience in Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, or Electrophysiology Lab required OR
- 3+ years of Registered Nurse with clinical experience in Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, or Electrophysiology Lab
- Current MN RN license or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
- Proven proficiency in the operation of the following: Personal Computer, Telephone, Fax Machine, Photocopier, Printer, and electronic medical record.
- This position requires a high level of critical thinking, proficiency in data analysis, attention to detail, and excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Must be self-directed, self-motivated, and able to conduct work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree RN preferred.
- 5+ years in cardiovascular clinical data management
