Directs food and beverage service activities of the hotel while collaboration with other managers in promoting the sale of food and beverage products.

Minimum Requirements:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to what provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.  High school education is required. Minimum 2 years of culinary schooling or experience is preferred.
Five (5) to Eight (8) years restaurant management experience of which four (4) year should be in a hotel environment.

Compensation& Benefits: 
$120,000 – 150,000, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience and/or education.
