Duties/Responsibilities

• Intermediate to experienced individual contributor

• Works independently with limited supervision

• Contributes and may oversee projects/processes

• Delivers work that impacts own department

• Provides input into development of operational goals for the department/job area

• Works independently on moderately complex projects/assignments

• Achieves day-to-day objectives that impact own job area

• Makes recommendations to update processes or systems to enhance department/job performance

• Improves and evaluates problems and processes by asking “Why do we do things this way and how can we do things differently?”

• Issues may be challenging, typically requiring interpretation to understand and resolve

• Broad knowledge of a professional field or discipline and other related disciplines

Required Skills/Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years prior relevant experience

• Experience administering projects/programs/processes is preferred
