Are you energetic, outgoing, and passionate about working with children? Do you love being active, performing, and creating fun experiences for kids? We’re looking for enthusiastic coaches who can bring energy, confidence, and positivity to every class.

At The Little Gym, we help children ages 4 months–12 years build confidence, coordination, and new skills through movement, gymnastics, and play. Our coaches are teachers, performers, and role models who create memorable experiences for children and families. 

This is an active coaching role. Coaches should expect to teach multiple back-to-back classes during their shift, working with children ranging from Parent & Child classes to Pre-K and Grade School programs.


Responsibilities:

  • Teach fun, engaging classes using The Little Gym curriculum
  • Create a positive and energetic environment for children and families
  • Demonstrate skills, safely spot children, and assist students of all abilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with members
  • Maintain The Little Gym’s high standards of safety and quality

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in gymnastics, dance, cheer, sports, or performing arts is a plus
  • Comfortable speaking and performing in front of groups
  • Athletic, energetic, and able to stay active throughout classes
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Must be able to lift and spot children of various sizes
  • We are willing to train the right candidate!

Schedule:

  • Part-time position (approximately 10–15 hours/week to start)
  • Evening and weekend availability required
  • Additional hours may become available based on business needs

Pay:

  • $18–$20/hour after completion of initial training
  • Performance-based rewards

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
