Maintenance Assistant

USA Clinics Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our New York City Team! This role will support our day-to-day upkeep of our clinic locations in New York and New Jersey, with occasional travel to other states, and will pay a key part in maintaining our clinical environments and supporting clinic operations. 

This full-time position works Monday-Friday and requires travel to our NYC & NJ Clinics.

Responsibilities: 

• Travel between clinics in New York City area & New Jersey, with occasional travel to other states as needed.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and tidiness of each clinic location in accordance to our company standards.
• Unpack supply shipments and restock storage rooms and patient care areas.
• Ensure clinics maintain a uniform and professional appearance.
• Identify any maintenance or repair needs and communicate them to the Maintenance Lead.
• Follow up to ensure repairs are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
• Check expiration dates and remove any expired inventory items. 
• Assist with organizing supplies and keeping inventory areas neat and functional.

Pay Range: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-Starter with the ability to work independently and without supervision
• Excellent Tidiness and cleanliness standards
• Comfortable traveling regularly to clinic sites 
• Proficiency in Outlook & Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• Handy or mechanically inclined is a plus
