I can succeed as a Product Manager Associate, Digital Workplace & AI Enablement
We're looking for a Product Manager Associate to help bring our AI and Digital Workplace strategy to life — one team, one tool, and one associate at a time. In this role, you'll work directly with business units across Capital to understand how they work, and partner with them to find ways they can use Microsoft tools, including Copilot, to make their jobs easier. You'll blend curiosity, clear communication, and interpersonal skills to help associates adopt new technology and incorporate it into their workflows effectively.
Enablement & Adoption
Partner with business teams to understand how they work and identify where AI tools can save time or improve outcomes
Support the rollout of new Microsoft capabilities across CG, with a focus on everyday use cases that stick
Help teams get started with Copilot Studio agent solutions and guide them through the process of building simple, practical tools
Represent the end user in technical projects — making sure new tools are easy to use and solve real problems
Product Management Core
Support roadmap planning and contribute to prioritization decisions for Copilot adoption programs
Track how well associates are using new tools and bring data and feedback into conversations about what to do next
