About the job
The PaaS (Platform as a Service) Product team is composed of Product managers that design, build, and launch amazing products in collaboration with all other Squad members: Engineering managers, DevOps, Product Designers, Product Marketing managers, User researchers, and Product Marketing managers, among others.
Reporting to the Lead Product Manager for Serverless products, you will be in charge of understanding the pains and needs of the Serverless Compute users, identifying and prioritizing opportunities, as well as transforming them into actual value delivered to users.
You will be responsible for defining the Messaging product Vision and strategy, and for building the roadmap to achieve it.
You will play a key role in developing the Scaleway Cloud ecosystem, and more particularly the Serverless ecosystem, by identifying synergies between products and enabling a great experience for users that need to enable effective communications between multiple products.
Serverless compute specificities:
Developers using Serverless functions and containers can easily deploy their applications in any language. They only have to focus on the design of their applications.The application underpinning infrastructure is deployed, maintained, and scaled automatically by the Cloud provider.Developers can reduce their application’s operational costs by removing the need for oversized or additional servers to manage traffic on their services.

Responsibilities

• Execute the product strategy through the roadmap
• Identify user pain and needs, and make sure to deliver incremental features
• Ensure the features are correctly prioritized and are split into user stories
• Define, measure, and make actionable your Key Product Indicators
• Have a clear and up-to-date view of the competitive landscape
• Work closely with all your Squad members, and primarily your Engineering Manager and Product Marketing Manager to ensure successful feature launches
• Support clients, Sales, and Marketing, on a daily basis
• Contribute to product content creation (white papers, blog posts, conferences, etc...)

Minimum qualifications

• Confirmed experience as a Product manager
• Ability to work as a team in a fast-growing company
• Ability to drive sharp client interviews
• Experience working in technical environments
• Eager to learn
• Excellent command of English

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of Cloud ecosystems, especially serverless
• Coding ability in one or two languages, or developer background
• Passionate about problem-solving
• Ability to document your findings and share them with other people
• Ability to lead a team composed of people from different backgrounds

This position can be either:  - Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), the partial remote is possible  #LI-Hybrid 
Salary RangePro/Senior55,000 - 75,000 EUR per year
