<p>Engineering Excellence is your domain?</p> <p>Then apply at Hager Group!</p> <p>We are currently looking for a permanent postion of Engineering Excellence Senior Manager (m/f/d) for our location Obernai (France) or Blieskastel (Germany).</p> <p> </p> <p>Missions<br/> The purpose of the Engineering Excellence Senior Manager's role is to prepare and support the Group Engineering function on Technology and Knowledge Management capitalization and evolution. You will be accountable for:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Preparing Engineering for future needs focusing on Technologies, Competencies &amp; Practices</li> <li>Building and animating the network of experts as part of our Expertise management plan</li> <li>Consolidating transversal Engineering Know-How and deploying strategic initiative on Materials &amp; Sustainability</li> <li>Developing stronger maturity in key domains such as Requirement Management, Cybersecurity and Connectivity, Data Management, Simulations tools &amp; Engineering Disciplines</li> <li>Defining &amp; adapting Engineering Tools &amp; Processes to improve efficiency<br/> Acting transversally within the Engineering function to identify, deploy, verify improvement roadmaps required on tools, methodologies, competencies (disciplines) across the Engineering Application Centers.</li> <li>Leading and monitoring the definition of the key priorities within the function through the dedicated process and defines the associated improvement plan.</li> <li>Managing a team of leaders (expertise and discipline) to properly implement the defined roadmap.<br/>  </li> </ul> <p>Profile<br/> You have:</p> <ul> <li>A degree in an engineering field</li> <li>International experience and a sense of multiculturalism.</li> <li>Engineering &amp; transverse operational management experience relative to Product development</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You are:</p> <ul> <li>A team player, collaborative with a growth mindset.</li> <li>Data-driven and problem-solving oriented.</li> <li>Fluent in English.
