About the role

Responsibilities

Working as a mid-level individual contributor, conducts research and evaluates technical and all-source, open source, signals, and other intelligence with specific emphasis on data analysis focused on the threat to mission and specialized operations. Analyzes network events to determine the impact on current operations and conduct all-source research/open source to determine advisory capability and intent. Prepares assessments and threat profiles of current data and events based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of classified and open-source information. Correlates threat data from various sources. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes. Produces high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officials.

Qualifications

8 years experience and BS/BA desired for mid level, 12 years and Masters for a senior or 17 years equivalent experience.

Certification a plus.

TS/SCI with CI poly.

 

Mid-level:

• Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of alldevelopmental training and experiences for the labor category.• Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may beincomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range ofanalytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.• Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.• Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on informationsharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.• Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products fordefense intelligence.• Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Usesargument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differingperspectives.• Desired Experience: At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to thespecific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.• Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from acollege or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department ofEducation.

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
