This role supports critical cyber intelligence operations through targeted analysis and coordination, focusing on protecting national security networks from advanced persistent threats. You will play an integral role in identifying emerging threats, analyzing cyber activities, and delivering actionable intelligence to stakeholders.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing Cyber–Intelligence Requirements and directing cyber intelligence collection efforts
- Identifying emerging cyber technologies, capabilities, or weapons that may threaten U.S. or Allied systems
- Conducting multi-intelligence, all-source, and cyber threat intelligence analysis of current and emerging threats
- Producing intelligence products and delivering classified and unclassified briefings to command and staff
- Updating adversarial Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs)
- Disseminating timely Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) and cyber threat warnings to DoD personnel and systems
- Ensuring network, system, and application integrity through enforcement of organizational security policies
- Researching and analyzing Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) infrastructure, binaries, and threat intelligence reporting
- Collaborating with the U.S. Intelligence Community and private sector on threat intelligence and incident reporting
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of additional cyber experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in cyber intelligence or related fields
- CNDSP-A (GCIA, GCIH, or CEH) or CNDSP-IR (GCIH, CSIH, or CEH) certification
- IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Experience in cyber operations and security architecture
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior management
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills—ability to assess and prioritize solutions
- Capable of multi-tasking and working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
