Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment and selection process for our GSMG and GWES talent management programs, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing candidate databases.
Assist in planning and executing onboarding and orientation activities for program participants, ensuring a smooth integration and positive experience.
Oversee and manage the logistical aspects of the GSMG & GWES talent programs to ensure that participants have a seamless and positive experience.
Gather feedback from program participants, analyze program data, and prepare reports to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
Provide support to program participants, addressing inquiries, guiding them through program requirements, and ensuring their overall success and satisfaction.
Assist in program administration tasks, including maintaining participant records, organizing evaluations or assessments, and managing program budgets or resources.
Maintain and monitor the organization's compliance learning initiatives
Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Position Qualifications:
Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field or Highschool diploma or GED with 3 years’ experience in program or project management or organizational type of roles.
Required Experience and Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with program participants, stakeholders, and partners.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
