Pittman Plastic Surgery, one of our valued partners, is looking for a Clinical Registered Nurse to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic located in Athens, GA.

Pittman Plastic Surgery, led by board-certified Dr. C. Edwin Pittman, offers cosmetic and reconstructive procedures in Athens, Georgia. Recognized as Athens' 'Best of the Best' for the past decade, the center provides services in breast, body, and facial surgeries, along with medspa treatments.

The ideal candidate for this role will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position requiring standard working hours that may vary on surgery days. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Retain patients through consistent and detailed follow-up protocols, pre-op and post-op
• Provide skincare consultations, recommend retail products, and cross-promote med spa services
• Meticulous charting and documentation of patient files
• Provide instructions and guidance regarding medical care matters to patients
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations; Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
• Assist with in-office procedures
• Order supplies as needed
• Assist in the surgery center (PACU) as needed
• On-call nurse rotation
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with current licensure in the state of GA
• 2+ years’ experience as a nurse is strongly preferred
• Experience in a clinical or bedside hospital setting required
• Professional, warm, confident, and compassionate bedside manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate patients and collaborate effectively with the medical team.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in patient assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.
