PTW is currently looking for a passionate Head of People Operations to join our crew. PTW has been a stalwart of external development in the games industry for nearly three decades and is ready to add to our team to support our global recruitment teams.

As the PTW family of brands grows, our People Operations team needs to expand our skillset by adding a creative and detail oriented mind to our team. We are looking for a senior level People Operations professional who can operate at both a strategic and a tactical level. Someone who can lead and develop the current team of Human Resource and Recruitment professionals, as well as provide counsel to our strategic partners.

The ideal candidate for this role is excited about our brands and our people, and looking to bring their own magic and experience to the team to support the attraction of our future rockstars and retain them. Our corporate offices are moving to Medford, Oregon but this role can be based remotely anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build talent management and employers branding
• Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
• Directly support the Senior Management team in all key and senior hires
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
• Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiting/Human Resource Professionals
• Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
• Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
• Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
• Be actively involved in global and regional projects, as well as undertake other HR responsibilities that are reasonably required from time to time.
• Provide strategic guidance to define and implement HR service delivery model for supporting HR inquires and transitions.
• Lead and support to the HR Operations and HRIS teams to ensure alignment to the new business model.
• Support large HR process Cycles including Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation and On-Going Talent Acquisition needs.
• Develop on-going learning opportunities to increase awareness/skills and self-service capabilities of HR and the Business.
• Identify opportunities for integration, automation and reduction of manual processes and partner with teams across People, Finance, and Legal on implementation of solutions. Perform regular business process reviews to validate data accuracy and integrity of all HR Systems.
• Identify and deliver on opportunities to support key People Team initiatives through robust data and dashboards, ranging from diversity to employee engagement to talent processes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field.
• Experience: 10 + Years HR Operations/Recruiting Experience in an international environment, with a minimum of 5 years managing a global HR Operations/Recruiting and/or HRIS team.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Periodic flexibility in schedule (Hours worked) to meet the needs of a global team.
