Frontload Driver

We are seeking a safety conscious Frontload Driver to join our team in Monroe, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a garbage truck on commercial routes. The position is physically demanding and the requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Schedule:

- Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays

- Start time: 3:30 a.m.

- Workweek: 50 - 55 hours

- Typical workday: 10 - 12 hours a day

Compensation:

- Pay Range: $21 - 23 per hour, depending on experience

- Comprehensive benefits package including family benefits, 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match, vacation, and year-round overtime

Requirements:

- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License

- 2+ years of frontload experience

- Strong customer service skills
