Director of Clinical Operations

The Clinical Operations Director will play a critical role in scaling Lantern’s solutions. We are looking for an experienced operations leader who has a passion for complex clinical operations and optimization problems to lead various clinical priorities from inception, ideation and discovery, through to road mapping, prioritization, experimentation, and implementation. This position requires a strategic thinker who can efficiently lead cross functional projects, stand-up new initiatives and build a highly effective clinical operations organization. This role will work closely with senior clinical leaders and collaborate across the organization with member services, network development, legal, analytics and provider teams.

Location: Remote | USA | Travel Required

Responsibilities:

• Lead the definition and implementation of new clinical workflows and processes
• Design and conduct experiments to optimize existing clinical operations
• Implement and scale successful workflows across the organization
• Solve complex operational and optimization problems in the clinical space
• Lead projects and stand-up new initiatives in collaboration with senior clinical leaders
• Work cross-functionally with member services, network development, legal, analytics and provider teams
• Collaborate with analytics to develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of clinical operations
• Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Contribute to the development of the company's clinical strategy
• Report on clinical operations performance to senior leadership

Requirements:

• 4+ years of healthcare consulting experience at a leading healthcare consulting firm
• Operating experience at a health tech or health services organization
• Advanced degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., MPH, MHA, MBA with healthcare focus) preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical workflo
