The Project Manager – Manufacturing Integration will lead multi‑phase manufacturing transition activities following a recent acquisition, overseeing planning, execution, governance, and risk management. This role ensures continuity of supply, product quality, regulatory compliance, and cost control while aligning the transition with broader post‑merger integration objectives. The position acts as the central coordination point across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and external partners to deliver a safe and compliant manufacturing transition.

This is an onsite role based in Fort Collins, CO.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Lead North American manufacturing expansions, moves or consolidations to enable operational efficiency and continuity.
  • Drive cross‑functional planning to align scope, resource needs, and timelines.
  • Manage project roadmaps to ensure predictable, high‑quality outcomes.
  • Develop scalable operational workflows to support future growth.
  • Partner with manufacturing teams and leaders on continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance throughput.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Engineering to mitigate risks so that schedule impacts are minimized.
  • Collaborate with Quality to implement corrective actions that strengthen product and process reliability.
  • Analyze operational data to inform decisions and prioritize improvement opportunities associated with manufacturing transition.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication to ensure clarity on project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Implement governance frameworks to ensure consistent project execution.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 7+ years project management leadership experience with operations, manufacturing, or supply‑chain.
  • Experience using project management tools or structured methodologies.
  • Experience delivering cross‑functional projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience using data to drive operational decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with continuous improvement or lean methodologies.
  • Experience supporting complex hardware or instrumentation products.
  • Experience leading complex manufacturing expansions, moves or consolidations.
