WORKSITE: Roseville, CA  (Onsite 3 days per week; subject to change)

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, standard business hours

PAY RATE: $35.00

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Participate as a member of a Testing Team using Gainwell's testing methodology.

  • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases for complex healthcare applications.

  • Analyze requirements and collaborate with functional teams to ensure testing solutions meet expectations.

  • Prepare estimates for testing activities as defined in project test plans.

  • Execute UAT test cases, track defects, and coordinate with stakeholders on resolutions.

  • Review and analyze test results, document findings, and communicate discrepancies.

  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to testing standards.

  • Prepare reports in approved templates and support client validation of results.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 3–4 years of experience in UAT testing and Manual/Functional testing; healthcare or Medicaid experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of testing concepts, requirement analysis, test design, execution, and defect management.

  • Experience with SQL and ALM preferred.

  • Ability to write and execute test plans and cases with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

  • Daily interaction with clients; strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities required.
