What You’ll Do

• Create Engaging Content: Craft monthly newsletters and content for internal communication, keeping our team connected with news and important updates that bring our culture to life.
• Lead Social Media: Manage Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to amplify our employer brand and attract top talent.
• Edit & Design: Use Canva and Photoshop to create visuals and edit videos that tell our story in a captivating way.
• Write with AI: Leverage AI tools for creative copy, with copywriting experience as a big plus.
• Coordinate Events: Plan and promote team events throughout the year, ensuring they reflect our vibrant culture.

• Self-Starter: Takes initiative and works independently.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software, with familiarity in AI tools for copywriting.
