Position Summary

The Overnight Pipeline & Plumbing Install Laborer is dedicated support and assistance to the Technician tasked with Perma-Liner and Plumbing installation. This is a project-specific role part of a team responsible for providing full-service pipelining and plumbing removal and installation.

Position: Pipeline & Plumbing Install Laborer (Night Shift)

Location Base: Holbrook, MA

Requirements: Must have previous construction and/or drain cleaning experience (1+ years)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow safety rules and exercise safe work      practice.
• Provide effective communication between      customers and Wind River Environmental. 
• Construction Duties
  • Sawcut interior of unit
  • Jack hammer interior of unit
  • Hand dig the exterior sanitary line
  • Dry wall
  • Plastering
  • Vinyl siding
  • Painting
• Plumbing Duties
  • Sanitary line
  • Boiler removal
• Pipelining Duties 
  • Prepares, installs, and cures Perma-Liner product to       pipes identified for repair.
  • Protect pipelining products and equipment and keep a       well inventoried truck. 
• Participate actively in all training      exercises, team meetings, and safety discussions. 
• Completion and submission of all required      quotes and service paperwork to management. 
• Follow all Wind River Environmental      service protocols. 
• Must comply with all FMCSA and DOT      regulations if applicable. 
• Must practice safe work methods to remain      accident and injury free.?Must have the ability to recognize hazards      inherent in routine and non-routine tasks and make adjustments to avoid      loss, injury or accident.? 
• Required to wear Personal Protective      Equipment (PPE) appropriate to your job. 
• Other duties as assigned by management.??

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Proven and Certified ability to assist in      Perma-Liner installation (inversion, main line installation, and      Pull-in-Place)
• Prior experience in plumbing,      construction, and drain cleaning preferred.
• Ability to safely operate construction      equipment such as (but not limited to): shovel, pickaxe, jackhammer, wet      saw, demo saw.
• Ability to understand instructions      furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
• Ability to read and interpret documents      including Company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and      maintenance instructions, maps, and road signs.
• Ability to speak, cooperate and      communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to work independently and manage      pressure to meet deadlines.
• Basic computer literacy including email      and internet skills.
• Ability to perform basic math      functions. 

Minimum Education / Experience / Qualifications:

• Must have High School Diploma or      Equivalent
• Must have previous construction and/or      drain cleaning experience (1+ years)
• 4+ years of Perma-Liner installation      experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Acceptable driving record 
• Ability to successfully pass all      pre-employment screenings and background checks as determined by position.
