Job Description:
Customer Support Specialist for Amino Acids
Candidate will be responsible for OIS liquid tank inventory management, customer order entry and invoicing

Responsibilities:

• Liquid Tank inventory management and scheduling within OIS & IBM.
• Work with trucking dispatch and 3rd party trans load locations to schedule customer deliveries.
• Work with the sales team on customer issues and price files.
• Set up new sold to/ship to customer information within MDM.
• Invoice orders through IBM pricing review or manual invoicing via IBM shipment function
• Receive and process invoices from warehouses and transload locations
• Troubleshoot customer deliveries when trucking capacity is tight
• Enter customer orders that come to shared inbox
• Previous experience in a customer support role is beneficial, but not required.
• Must have good communication skills via email and phone and able to multi task.
• Strong problem solving skills and positive attitude.
• Prioritize daily work to take care of vendor and  customer needs and concerns.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$34,900.00 - $65,500.00
