The Opportunity:

As a member of the AI Engineering Team, you will play a key role in building and optimizing our platform to deliver AI-driven tools that align with Gloo’s mission of championing personal and spiritual growth. 

You’ll bring technical expertise and strategic thinking to coordinate the efforts within the engineering team will help solve challenging problems. You will contribute to feature development within specific applications, enhancing security, optimizing our full-stack architecture, and implementing solutions that enable Gloo’s strategic vision for AI-enabled growth and human flourishing.

You will work closely with the other engineers to ensure our platform is robust and scalable, supporting strategic initiatives such as next-generation AI tools, trusted data infrastructures, and enhanced developer experiences. Additionally, you’ll support integrating advanced AI models and ensuring our applications serve a broad range of users, from faith organizations to individuals seeking personal growth and rooted in trust.  This role is hybrid based in Pittsburgh, PA.
