Responsible for obtaining, organizing, and managing patient documentation required for surgical and procedural preparation. Performs EKGs as needed and collaborates closely with nursing staff, physician offices and the Pre-Admission team to ensure charts are complete, accurate, and ready for nursing review and anesthesia evaluation. Provides front-line customer service to patients and families and helps maintain an organized and efficient workflow. Preferred Education:
