The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Engineering Capital Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading non-technical capital asset projects
• Troubleshooting SAP invoicing issues to resolution
• Collaborating with Global Service Center peers regarding capital equipment purchases
• Supporting Engineering community with non-technical inquiries
• Maintaining proper asset management

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Degree/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and Seven (7) years of office work experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and Three (3) years of office work experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Project Management, Office 365, SAP experience
• Skills include: team attitude, eagerness to learn, self-starter, follow-through

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (2-3 days per week)
• 3M Center Campus - Maplewood, MN

Travel: infrequent

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $74,644 - $91,231, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
