Collection Plans & Data Coordinator

Responsibilities

Peraton is hiring a Collection Plans & Data Coordinator at Camp Smith in Hawaii.

 

What you'll do:

 

This person will provide integration requirements across the Services, Allies, and Partner Nations within the Indo-Pacific Joint Coalition Fires enterprise to achieve maximum effects against selected targets predominantly manned and Unmanned Aerial Platform Operations, Kinetic and Non-Kinetic Effects (NKE),  Specialized Military Information Support Operations (MISO); and  Mitigation of Risk to Mission and Risk to Force.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Experience in developing and disseminating targeting products in support of Joint military operations;
• Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, combined with related collateral sources to provide synthesized planning product to customers;
• Review collateral and TS/SCI reporting to conduct research enhancing reporting from multiple sources to assist in the development of target products;
• Advocate for the employment of the organization’s data strategy in USINDOPACOM’s joint targeting coordination working groups and joint targeting coordination boards 
• Support the planning and operations staff to identify capabilities and limitations of enemy forces and identifying potential enemy vulnerabilities;
• Develop targeting products and support and disseminate to as directed;
• Assist in the development of lethal and non-lethal operations into the targeting process;
• Provide input to and develop targeting documents and related end products for development of all TTPs, CONOPs, policies and workflows;
• Develop, recommend, and implement Operational Security (OPSEC) and signature management;
• Review collateral and TS/SCI reporting to conduct research enhancing reporting from multiple sources to assist in the development of target products; and
• Develop, recommend, and implement Operational Security (OPSEC) and signature management.

Qualifications

What you'll need:

 

• Education:  8 years of experience with a BS/BA, 6 years of experience with a MS/MA, 3 years of experience with a PhD; or 12 years experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Clearance:  Top Secret with SCI
• Working knowledge of network and information exchange technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, RESTful, SOAP, HTTP)
• 3 years' experience working in the USINDOPACOM AOR
• Experience in data fusion, intelligence analysis, or advanced analytical role
• Knowledge of Joint Fires targeting, Intel processes, principles, and methods
• Management and synchronization of all source intelligence collection, analytical Intel methods, data collection management and highly competent and familiarity with IC management systems, particularly national and tactical collection management operations
• Strong and relevant J2T and/or J2C background
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communications, organizational knowledge management using technology-based systems, operational assessment, intelligence collaboration, and joint planning and oversight process
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Able to brief senior leadership (Flag/General Officer and Senior Executive Service level) periodically on status of intel and data fusion program in support of the organization

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
