We provide legal advice and support that helps our clients achieve the company’s business objectives in a manner that complies with applicable legal and ethical standards.</p><p></p><p><span>As the <b>Country Counsel </b>for Austria, you will deal with a broad variety of legal matters. Due to the huge variety of your legal work, combined with good understanding of the business, you have a great opportunity to further develop both your personal and legal skills as well as to build your career within our global organization.</span></p><p></p><p><span>As <b>Legal Country Counsel Austria </b>you:</span></p><ul><li><span>Act as primary legal advisor to the country management, business units and functions for direct and indirect sales and for marketing, distribution, supply chain and operations</span></li><li><span>Provide legal subject matter expertise and strategic advice on commercial, antitrust, employment, company secretarial, post-acquisition merger and acquisition (M&A), litigation and local regulatory compliance matters</span></li><li><span>Draft, review and negotiate various kinds of business agreements and other legal documents, including structuring, negotiating and closing complex deals, often in multi-country transactions, to business opportunities in Austria and in Switzerland</span></li><li>Identify, analyze and resolve complex legal issues with solution-oriented focus while pragmatically balancing risk</li><li>Manage third party disputes and litigation working closely with business</li><li>Support on regulatory and compliance matters, such as anti-corruption, public procurement and competition law, to help prevent non-compliance and mitigate business risks</li><li><span>Promote legal awareness and lead legal training to business teams</span></li><li><span>Collaborate seamlessly with the wider Legal Department </span></li><li><span>Develop new ideas and methods to effectively address recurring legal issues or matters</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>If you are…</span></b></p><ul><li>Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen?
