We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively. You will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' experience, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues through effective problem-solving.
• Educate customers on product features, services, and policies.
• Process orders, modifications, and track deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our system.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
