We are seeking a talented college graduate to join our team where the heart of our mission lies a commitment to pushing boundaries and exploring new frontiers in artificial intelligence and automation. In this position, you will play a pivotal role driving continuous improvement within our manufacturing operations. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will design and implement automated processes aimed at streamlining production workflows and enhancing overall operational efficiency. By leveraging your unique insights into AI and automation, you'll help expand our collective understanding of these transformative technologies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation across various aspects of the manufacturing process
Design and develop customized solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies
Implement automated systems capable of executing predefined tasks according to specified schedules
Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
Continuously monitor system effectiveness and make adjustments as needed to maximize productivity gains
Provide training sessions for team members on new automation initiatives and best practices
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Academic Major Preferred (Undergrad and Masters) Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering
Proficient at Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, PivotTable, Macro, VBA)
Proficiency in programming languages: JavaScript (Preferred), Python, R, and etc.
Understanding of big data analytics and visualization tools
Robotics Process Automation Background
AI Background
Strong programming skills in one or more languages relevant to AI, Automation and Robotics.
Experience designing and implementing end-to-end automation projects from concept to deployment
Strong Communication Skills - Ability to effectively communicate ideas and insights to the team
Fast Learner – Quick to adapt and learn concepts, tools, and software processes with a proactive approach to learning
Enthusiastic and Motivated – Passionate and eager to contribute to continuous improvement strategies
Preferred bilingual candidate (Korean)
