As a contract member of our recruitment team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our back-to-school support team is set up for success. You will be focused on recruiting Customer Support Agents, a vital component of Clever's back-to-school season. These agents augment our existing customer support framework, which is key to our success.

You'll dive into a variety of tasks, including:

• Resume Review: Assess inbound resumes with a keen eye, identifying potential fits for our team. Determine which candidates should advance to the assessment stage
• Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source candidates, ensuring a rich and diverse talent pool.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough phone screenings to gauge candidate suitability and potential. Through the screening identify candidates that should be invited to virtual interviews, ensuring top talent is shortlisted.
• Debrief Meetings: Attend debrief meetings and provide insight to the interview team from your screening of candidates.

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 3 months (Starting March 4th)
• Focus: Sourcing and Screening Customer Support Agents
• Location: Anywhere in the United States
• Pay rate: $32/hr (40 hours a week)

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, especially in technical support roles
• Strong sourcing techniques and ability to identify top talent quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ideally Greenhouse)
