Venterra Housekeepers enjoy competitive hourly pay + 10% performance-based bonus, paid out quarterly.
This position requires previous industry experience and working a Monday through Friday schedule with the possibility of some weekends. Our Housekeepers are responsible for the daily upkeep of the community, buildings, pools, and grounds, as well as the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community. This position will typically require spending most of the day outdoors, heavy lifting, waste clean-up, and assistance with various maintenance projects such as pressure washing, light touch-up painting, and apartment trash-outs.
