Overview:
This position will lead the Palm/Specialty contract management team to complete the tasks expected for a successful quoting and pricing group. The Contract Management Supervisor will work alongside teammates while confirming current metrics are met and in areas needed, maintain increased focus for improvement. This position will work with other areas within Bunge to ensure the contract management specialists are getting any assistance needed. This Supervisor will manage expectations for self and for the team to act as an advocate for both the customer as well as for Bunge, ensuring that quoting and contracting related requests are handled in an efficient and profitable fashion, aligning with current goals. The position will report to the Senior Pricing Manager, Palm/Specialty.
Essential Functions:

Lead the team to perform total contract management, including quoting and pricing within preset margin goals, system entry and contract balance reporting in a timely manner.

Monitor the contract team for complete understanding of contracting policy and procedures related to contract quantities, entry, approval process, capacity confirmations, market to market analysis, etc.

Report current contract drag to pricing, sales, and general management. Work with account specific individuals to outline account review with sales for more accurate demand pull.

Support business initiatives by assisting contract management specialists to provide quotes, contracts, and balance requests in the timeframe customers, both internal and external, expect.

Inquire with individual team members for better solutions, enhanced processes, streamlined system functionalities and other opportunities that would improve efficiencies, and/or remove obstacles causing process lag.

Establish method to track market Intel as its received. As example, pricing is higher than competition on given material. Work with sales and customer service to capitalize on information sharing.

Participate in cross-functional meetings and discussions with product line management, customer service, sales, other contract management teams, supply chain, and any functional areas needing assistance from contract group.

Ensure price models are up-to-date and when time for renewal, engage Sr. Pricing Manager for updated approach, changes.

Promote system understanding of new applications as they become available.

Manage other assignments and activities as directed by Sr. Pricing Manager.

Travel as necessary to Bunge facilities and customer meetings.
Skills & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or equitable practical experience required.

At least 5 years of customer facing experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written phone/email etiquette skills.

Strong analytical, mathematical, verbal and written communication skills. Proficient organizational skills, especially time management.

Strong ability to multitask and monitor performance.

Positive and professional attitude.

Practices giving great feedback and allows team to provide feedback as well.

Willingness to represent self and team and not hesitant to inquire on how or why something is done, etc.

Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams.

Understanding of Chicago Board Of Trade (CBOT) exchange and fundamentals of futures trading or agribusiness a plus

Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Tableau a plus.
